Nope, that's Nemo. ^^

The pun in 'Otius' is actually a lot more blunt and straightforward than that - it's based on the the Latin noun 'otium' (leisure, ponderousness).
'Otiosity' would be an English word with the same origin.

Whoops - that's what I get for answering messages when tired.

Yes, οὔτις (outis) does indeed mean 'no one, nobody' - I actually had to take classical Greek back in school, so the fact that I don't remember this fills me with unending shame. ^^

Update: you were actually right.

οὔτις (outis) does mean 'no one, nobody' - I just confused Latin and Greek there because I haven't worked with either language in over a decade and have pretty much forgotten everything at this point. ^^
