Ohhh man, how long has it been since I did one of these?

Yup, I've finally gotten back onto my "Aiming To Be A Dragon God" thing with this lil' cutie here, starting off the water evolution line. I know I've been busy with commissions and all, so I decided to get back into some personal art, for a while.

The first stage of the water born dragon lineage, able to swiftly move in both the air and the sea. The red gem on their chest is said to be a symbol of royalty, dating all the way back to the beginning of the age of dragons.
