Back toward the end of high school I used to run tech for a small church, it looked very much like this a lot of the time. The youth and children's programs were the most fun though cause I could go pretty wild with lights and fog machines

Yeah any time I'd set up a couple synths in my room the cables would always end up being a rats nest, a mix of a ton of audio cables linking the keyboards to effects and mixers, midi cables, the hold pedal cable, power cords and whatnot. Or heck the back of my desktop computer is always a mess no matter how much cable management I do and ties I use.
