Eurofurence was an amazing convention. The poolparty was one of the highlights for me.

At the last day of the convention, I decided to go into to pool in fursuit.
It ended up with me riding on
kwisa 's lovable inflatable wuff. It was one of my best adventure ever. Those are just AWESOME! Thank you so much for making it possible *hugs*
But it was Twinkie, the otter, who went in the pool with his full bodysuit and head. That's 100% crazyness and he deserves my 100% respect for that. I wouldn't dare to do that (drying story at the last day)
At this picture, I've seen a guy with a "wrong moment, wrong place" movement, so I couldn't resist to leave this "WTF?!?" down there.
To avoid problems I made it blured, if somebody (else) feels bothered by this one, please tell me! No direct faces are visible, so I give it a try, due I don't know everyone on this picture.

You think that's crazy? Then check out this fox: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/swampytfox/ ! Take a look at what's in his Gallery and see if fursuiting in a swimming pool doesn't suddenly seem completely normal! (You'll know which of his images I'm referring to when you see them.)

Yes there is--you simply avoid using open-cell polyurethane foam for the padding (it gets waterlogged and then takes forever to dry, and grows mold and stuff in the meantime). You use only closed-cell polyethylene foam (it's not absorbent) or reticulated foam (it dries quickly). Reticulated foam is best (it breathes, making the fursuit less hot, while closed-cell polyethylene foam is airtight).
