So, I know I was hoping to have some thumbnails and whatnot done for all this before I kept submitting chapters, but I realized I still have quite a ways to go yet in terms of story, so I'll keep trying to post regularly in the meantime and update the visuals later.
In any case, chapter five!! I've had it finished for a while, but with ArtFight going on, I've been distracted and only just got around to proofreading and editing. Apologies for any mistakes in the text or...badly written things. I'm still dealing with not feeling the best right now, so please be patient with me <3

Thankfully the next chapter will be uploaded a lot sooner; aside from proofreading and editing, it's pretty much finished.
I'm so glad you like it! I've been trying to make sure that, if nothing else, the relationship develops at a believable pace and in a way that suits the characters individually. Never been a fan of insta-love, personally. Kharjo is fun! I had never traveled with him until I started my current playthrough, and have been enjoying writing him in the story.
