Ben (offscreen) was invited to a sleepover by an anonymous person, who resides inside an apartment. When he knocked on the door, it turned out to be Rachel, the firefighter and one of the Backup Singers of the Danger Rangers. To his surprise, she and the others like the nurse, Penny, and the police officer, Bernice, were there. They were in their nightly attire, getting the air pump ready. It was clear to Ben that he was a special guest at the party. It didn't take long for the pump to be inserted into a balloon in a pale blue color. With the machine activated, Bernice laid on top of the bed with the growing orb resting o her body. The cats got excited to see it grow bigger, much to their pleasure, including Ben's. When the balloon got huge enough, it pinned the cop down and touched the ceiling. With the inflation still going, the cats start to walk towards it and play with it. As far as Ben's concern, the cats might want the balloon to fill up the entire room.

After all... girls just want to have fun with balloons.
