I like going full circle. Selius is unabashedly inspired by Freya Crescent and the other Burmecians of Final Fantasy IX. When I first started RP, I borrowed a piece of Freya fanart that was juuust androgynous enough to pass for male. A trait that has kinda carried on...
Wonder where he found this hat... maybe on the side of the road? Tough to know for sure. The borrowed tail-ribbon is harder to explain, though.
