The Dragons Around These Parts are Very Well Fed
I know, when you see me, you're probably thinking that I'm a very, very fat dragon. But understand, the people in these parts, while honoring us for our benevolence and wisdom, still fear our power, so in an attempt to dissolve that power while still keeping us around, they gave us food.
Lots of food.
Too much food.
We knew they wanted to fatten us up, and yes, avoiding this fate would have been as simple as resisting their unending bounty, but honestly, most of us saw no point in resisting. We got everything we wanted, while giving the people in these parts the peace of mind needed to allow us to stay. We gave them wisdom, and they gave us food. Lots of food.
I still have some mobility. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the elegant and graceful serpent I once was, but by scraping by with my back paws, and flopping my tummy plates forward, I can still squirm across the ground like a giant caterpillar, and really, there is a certain elegance and grace to my large, blubbery movements.
But why move? I'm quite comfortable sitting here, thinking (because a dragon's greatest strength comes from his mind), and waiting for my next meal.

Yeah, I'll probably do that.
Okay, here's the plan. I'll write out a detailed, weight gain story, edited and revised and everything, after I finish writing my current, non-furry related story (actually, I finished writing it, but editing, revising, and nit-picking a 90 page, single spaced, novel-length story takes some time. )
But before I start on my next literary monstrosity, I'll do the story for this site.

Opposite style you say? What do you mean?
But I do enjoy writing, and non-fetishy writing is good because I really like to tell stories, and the best way to do that is to keep the audience's attention to the plot and characters, and not the dramatic increase of a character's weight.
Let us write the stories of the world!

Yes!
But it may be a while, since I'm only about 15 pages in through my first revision...But I'll try to revise 5 pages a night over my Thanksgiving Break; meaning if I'm not a lazy, I'll be about half way through the first (and from what I've learned, most time consuming) revision.
