This is a great image as well. I'm curious about the "Turning Jig" holding the vessel. Is it a lathe, or was at a custom-made device created for handling large, cylindrical glass forms?

This is a mechanical lathe.
You've are right!
besides if you want the brand it is a French lathe named "Lefevre Martin".

I'm very surpised that someone asked these! ^^🧡

American Lathe names these days are boring. Like "AMT" or "Mazak." My friend has a big "Cincinatti" in his shop, and an antique George Adams flatbed.
