This is a semi-chibi from Kiwi! I let her pick the theme she wanted for this one and she decided to go with a lolita theme! I think this is rather adorable ^.^ Penelope looks so good in pink outfits! Pink and white is such a good color combination ♥
I think this was done in a couple days, it was super quick from start to finish, but I also did tell her to do whatever she likes so that probably makes things easy :3
This outfit is so pretty! I've always loved frilly ruffly things, so it's no wonder I'm a big fan of so many lolita looks. I adore all the bows on this, and as always Kiwi makes her hair so perfect and shiny!
