Though Caroline originally hails from Austria, she emigrated to the American colonies in the early 17th century and settled in what was then the colony of New York. Out of the immediate Harbingers of Liberty, Caroline is perhaps the earliest American Harbinger war veteran as she performed guerilla coordination, espionage, and some courier work for the colonists during the meat of the American Revolution. She came to hate war as a result, swearing it off completely with the foundation of the United States, and instead focused her efforts on building up the growing city of New York. Through her dilligent planning and business smarts, she became quite wealthy, which she put to good use once the presence of Harbingers were made more apparent. She even provided some construction duties while the Empire State Building was being established. In modern times, she is one of two billionaire Harbingers, worth an estimated $1.8 billion.
Caroline’s Harbinger abilities are those of summoning and absorbing fire. She can set her body on fire, in part and in whole, and throw those flames around. More often than not, though, she just makes her body extremely warm for those who need it, as she once did for an entire camp during the American Revolution.
It's been a while since I last had Harbinger content. Been really slacking off in that department. BUT! I finally bring the reference for Catherine Busch, my first vixen OC! Not gonna lie, I'm really digging the tan of her uniform, which reflects her purpose as a logistician for the Harbingers. Hence, why she has not just a bridgelayer as a belt accessory, but an entire frickin' mobile command center backpack... that's
