Fun fact: I'm not sure how well it's coming across, but the concept for Bijou is that he's a very friendly and sociable elder god!

It's this thing where you might have a party, and this Bijou guy crashes the party... or did he? Maybe he was invited? He's handing out booze randomly so it's fine. and the party is really fun! There's confetti!

But then you step out for a minute and start realizing that it's not normal to have skeletons walking around at parties? And the guy you didn't invite but can't figure out to get rid of because he tries to feel up drunk girls, he's been dancing manically for two hours now after Bijou whispered something in his ear. You're also pretty sure Bijou referenced an incident that you know happened 3000 years ago. And now that you think of it, he's been breaking the actual laws of physics... and then you realize you're dealing with something you have abselutely no hope of controlling.

And you don't want to tell whatever the fuck is at your party to leave because who can predict the consequences of that, so you just kinda keep filling his cup up.

(the joke of course being that Bijou is actually a nice guy who would leave if told the party was ending now, but nobody has the guts to tell him that. )
