Roxanne Wolf really wants to be everyone's favorite and being the best at almost anything, so how about being the best at getting her feet tickled. Being resilient and resisting is sadly out of the question, but being ticklish and having the loudest laughter might take the cake. In all honesty, this is secretly a punishment programmed by an anonymous person to teach Roxy a lesson.
