She's a very prolific mammalian Dragoness. Obviously, if she has 15 cubs in a pregnancy, she must have enough teats and enough milk to be able to feed them. Also, this is a free interpretation of the character, very very far from the pokemon-like illustrations available.

She's being cute (despite her size), and rolls on her back, asking for belly rubs in complete innocence, unable to understand the naughty thoughts she could inspire to some creatures due to her condition.

Rated general cuz the creature is completely innocent, no naughty bits shown and cuz OMG ONE DOESN'T PUT A BRA ON A COW'S UDDER!!!11!!
