It's been a while since I was able to line a piece, let alone sketch, line, and color all in one go. Honestly it felt really good to do it tho, and I'm really happy with the finished product!!
This is a new fan character of mine, Socks. He's a Great Sabrecat from the Dragon Quest franchise, and is an absolute cinnamon roll. I've been playing a lot of Dragon Quest Builders 2 lately, and my sabrecat in game is always with me, helping me reach hard to reach places and carrying me around explorers shores to scout for resources. So ofc I got supper attached and made him into a character. Furry gamers tho amirite?
Also can I just take a moment to appreciate the Great Sabrecat design? It's such a well blended creature, taking parts from all manner of big cat and melding them together seamlessly. Like honestly, for a 20+ year old design this cat is still a treasure to look at. And I'm totally not biased at all...
