I didn't stray far from the beginning area for a very long time (aside from the Aurora) because I was terrified
Tho I don't feel the Thalassophobia was as effective in Below Zero but maybe that's just me. Not that there weren't some scary times, but not as bad.

Sammy The Safety Reaper always there to help you avoid radiation and collision hazards related to star ship wreckage~ Honestly the worst spots in the game for me are the big DROPS to say, grand or sparse reefs. Just the feeling of the world vanishing beneath you and not knowing (or very much knowing) what's waiting for you down in that abyss below. Though the one time a Reaper Leviathan clipped into the mountain caves was also a bit of a shock.
YEP YEP those big drops scare me the most. Absolutely terrifying.
HA I've had some of the amp eels get stuck in tiny caves I am trying to navigate and blocking my only route out LOL but a Reaper.. much worse
Now I want to play it again but it won't be the same as the first time...

One of the best games I ever played.
I remember the first time I encountered a Reaper Leviathan when I wanted to enter the Aurora.

And yes entereing the Void wasn´t a good Idea either ahaha.
