Another new 101 Dalmatians oc I came up with though he is based on an older character of mine.

Ozzy is Puffy's younger and only brother. In contrast to his other siblings he's pretty shy and shows some hesitation in socializing with anyone he doesn't know first hand. He likes to wear hats like the one shown here and has the distinct multicolored collar that was a gift from his dad. In spite of his shyness he does have a mate, a yellow lab named Buttercup who encourages him to be more outgoing.

Ozzy is the smallest pup of the litter height wise and his build is more stockier than Eleanor's though he's nowhere as hefty as Tabitha, Meer, and Puffy. Both his hind legs have the same sock like markings near the feet(with the toes being white as shown)and he has two bone-shaped spots on his left shoulder and knee.
