Not at all, they don't just eat each other willy nilly. The food court is like a minimum security prison. As long as you do your daily dose of eating to create energy, you're free to do whatever you like and you can even gather up points to get certain accomodations while done there before you go to heaven, or you stay because you like it, as a demon

It's not, really.

You eat normal food that you like and by enjoying it, and maybe eating more than usual, you create gluttony energy, which is gathered in a proxy in the area. When you're done for the day, you can enjoy the rest of your time by watching TV, playing games, reading books or just strolling around. As long as you do your daily required activities, you're not worse than working a normal 9-5 job, just without annoying commute, setting alarms and having to work for a boss that keeps annoying you

That only happens if you refuse to do your part for a while and nothing else works
