Vriska Serket from Homestuck. If you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend you do so.
This is probably one of my all-time favorite scenes of one of my all-time favorite clips with one of my all-time favorite characters. Vriska is such a horrible, horrible troll. She gets put in a bad situation, and she erupts like a stratovolcano. Terezi should have really double thought her actions.

Terezi doesn't really care about her disability though, she prefers being blind and not only uses her heightened senses to her advantage but actually -enjoys- being blind. I think Terezi would've prolly of wanted to have been blinded much earlier prior to that event if possible. XD
