Forward: I have a reputation for being blunt with critiques. I am honestly trying to be constructive, so please do not take anything personally, as none of this is meant to be derogatory in any way. Trust me, I can't do better than this, but I am just telling you what my eyes are telling my brain from an artistic standpoint.
Well I've got nothing against the eyes, and it's not the size of the feet. It's more the fact that her feet are almost boxy. It didn't jump out at me initially, but once I saw them from behind I noticed the hard edge. It's beveled, but it's still a pretty sharp transition between side of foot and bottom. The transition needs to be more rounded and gradual. Then again, looking at other 2-D art, that may actually be how her feet are supposed to look. Just doesn't strike me as how they looked in the animation.
I don't know whether it's a trick of the lighting or not, but there seems to be something of an edge running down the front of her legs, like they're not smooth. I just know I see a highlight running down the upper part of her legs, leading to somewhat pointed knees (though the knee might suppose to look like that, been a while since I watched the show). Sorry if this sounds harsh, but from the front it almost resembles a compressed cylinder; still somewhat rounded, but possessing a mildly hard edge at the far ends. It's really hard to textually explain, so ask if you need further clarification, and I'll see what I can do. I'm not trying to denounce this, it's just something that catches my eye as "off".
The upper body looks great, even if she does seem perhaps just a little too thin to my eyes, but that's just me. Again, been a while since I've seen the show to know what she "actually" looks like. I really like how you did the neck scruff, and the overall muscle structure is great. Also, I see below that you used ZBrush; awsome program that takes some getting used to. Especially for ZBrush, this is pretty good.

Not bad. Upon further inspection there's a few areas that could use a little tweaking, but overall this came out very nicely, especially the wrinkling of the cloth and the texture. Very well done. If you'd like my thoughts on the "tweaks" I mentioned, let me know and I'd be happy to give a little critique of the piece if you wish, either here or by note.
