This was the result of a wing-it. I didn't really know much about the artist when I first reached out, but I saw some really pretty examples and figured I'd reach out! They seemed excited to come up with a cute outfit when I mentioned the idea, but aside from that it was a quick hello, idea, payment, and then shortly afterwards I see this!

I really love this one! Penelope is a big fan of old-timey outfits, and this one has such a classic country feel to it, it's so cute! I think it really fits her, the color as well! Light blue has always been a color I've adored seeing on her so I'm glad to see it makes its return.

I really like their style, even their sketches has a really neat look to them, and she looks so soft too :D I guess that's just a side effect of her having white fur - BUT STILL I really like it here :D Again I like how twiggy they made her look, and the pose is cute!
