This is my recent YGO banlist rant.
For those who don't know the game, the is a list of forbidden or limited cards that helps to moderate the gameplay.
The last list removed from the game 2 cute tiny monsters - Rescue Cat and Substitoad.

Rescue Cat can be tributed to Special Summon 2 lv3 or lower beast monsters from the deck, and Toad can tribute any monster to special summon a 'frog' monster from the deck.
With the current cards available it means One Turn Kill for the palyer who gets them and some descent supposrt cards.
