This is Christopher Guará's super hero alter ego: Wild Diamond.

When fighting in a close-range combat, he can summon a diamond-colored blade from his left arm, which can cut steel with ease. If close range isn't enough, he can use special french suit cards with special properties (similar use just like Gambit from X-men)
