Just a pic that's been in the works for awhile, finally decided to just finish it since it was a low effort to do so.

Featuring  Lechensko's Barry and  shinypika23's ChuChu, the two Pokemon have gone to the beach as buddies and, naturally, Barry couldn't resist getting Chu buried and his extra big Pikachu feet tickled. And to be extra evil, he's got some special lotion he got from David that not only blocks UV rays, but also makes sensitive skin 10x more sensitive to tickles! And he also put up a sign there within eyesight of Chu to do some evil teases, as Chu is very self-conscious about his ticklishness. And Barry also has his long Mewmander feet right up in front of it, so if Chu wants to take a peak, he'll have no choice but to see it!

Truly evil, and Barry isn't done yet. He has a couple of other friends lined up to get this same treatment!
