Finally got around to making a ref of this guy

Pogo's a globomancer just like Snoots is, however, his expertise is in creating balloon copies of whatever he wants. Being made of rubber, he's quite heavy, though he has more of a spongy yet firm consistency. Despite being made of rubber however, he sadly can't really be inflated himself. Without his outfit, he's just a plain brown kangaroo, however, his nose is naturally big and honkable. Lastly, he also avoids wearing clown makeup, knowing how it tends to make some people feel uncomfortable.
