Recently, a friend of mine who goes under the alias 'Rallan' wrote a story series explaining the dark chapters of the past of his character Rallan. Inspired by his immediate succes, i've decided it's time to shed some light on Kalgorn's past. This is the first in a series of three stories. Part one explains the situation his parents are in with an iminent war on their paws and a famine under way. The alphesse is pregnant however. So, in order to protect the cubs, she embarks on a journey to a sister pack nearby.

This is the events that occur during Kalgorn's first year. It also includes his first tragedy.
