The foundry was aflame with activity as dozens of forms skittered about, their claws clicking on the stone floor as shadows cast from the torch sconces mounted high upon the walls fought against the orange glow of the molten metal being so carefully attended to in vast, earthen forges throughout the incredibly warm, smoky environment. At a semi-central mold, a figure poured out of a crucible some of this molten material, a gift from the gods, into the rectangular, well used form. This figure, a rather well muscled dromaesaurid, lifter her visor as this magnetic magma was poured in, wanting to get a bit of a better look at her god’s gift without her visor getting in the way. She watched with an earnest pleasure as she observed two things with her two different forms of vision. Through her right eye, natural as the sun’s movement across the sky, she admired the orange-yellow goo as it poured from her crucible, filling the channels of an ingot quite readily and preparing itself for usage in a future metallurgical process. Noting that there were no visual impurities, she turned her head slightly, her snout guiding her head as she focused with the other side of her face, her damaged yet blessed eye trying to focus from underneath the monocular goggle she wore over the left side of her face. The molten metal, through this altered vision in her left eye, showed an iridescence not unlike that of a fine gem, glowing in many colors and radiating throughout her vision. Smiling at this, the lizard finished pouring her metal, set down the crucible and calipers, and relaxed as she gazed around the foundry, seeing with both eyes now the orange glow of the natural world and the iridescence of her god’s blessing radiating around her people and their work, feeling joy from seeing such perfect synthesis of the two realms.
This iridescence filled her mind with pride, and Akihota closed her eyes as it flowed through her, picturing the vast ethereal planes in which their lords inhabited, their faces beaming with immaculate pride at their boon being utilized by their people, the beings which they had deemed as the suitable forebears of their world. This pride in the boon of their gods filled Akihota Fierce-Mountain with pleasure, her body gaining a warmth throughout markedly different from the heat of the blast furnaces and molten metal. As the gaseous bounty of their religion passed into her body, Akihota felt her body taking in the metal’s reward, the phantasm of it's spirit filling her form with the blessings of divinity, divinity her people had wrought by claw and by craft from the snow-capped exile in which they had been sent, all those years ago. Moreover from this psychosomatic reaction, Akihota also felt a decidedly more physical affectation, one more aligned with the sensual world, rather than the spirit world...

Well now, what's this? A safe for work piece?! I don't intend on making Akihota an entirely primally-driven character, even if her design would indicate so! This piece, by the wonderful
sabrotiger125 , is an illustration of Akihota perfoming one of her fields of employ, as a metallurgist within her home... village, perhaps? Perhaps a hamlet... eh, what the hell! This is also the opening, as of right now, of her story! I hope to get a few more pictures done by a few artists before I really get into it, but expect action, adventure, a Captain Rhodes inspired goat guy, bodacious nudity, and some action, of both intentions! Again, the piece here is by
sabrotiger125 , and I heavily reccomend you utilize his services! A real professional kind of guy, and he works very fast, to boot! Go on and give the man some love, will ya? I've already written too much here!!
