Once, while working Night shift, sometime around 2am I took lunch in the break room there at work. I'd stopped on the way in and gotten a take out burger combo. Being half-asleep, I just took the burger from the takeout bag, tossed it in the microwave, and turned it on. Completely failed to realize the burger was wrapped in one of those "paper on one side, foil on the other" wrappers. The wrapper ignited almost imediately. Burger flambe.
