wyndsong closeups- face and lower leg
more sketches of wyndsong done mostly at work X3 as you can prolly tell, i did these on receipt paper, which is unfortunately so thin that my printer picks up the ads from the other side (i'm a cashier, btw; hence the receipt paper) also, receipt paper is not good for erasing on, it just leaves big smudges everywhere X3
anyways, left is her face (duh), right is what her lower leg would look like if you cut off some of her feathering. i don't know if i'm gonna color these or not, so i'll put the translation (since my handwriting+small for small paper+shrunk for fa guidelines= might as well be another language for understandability) here:

Wyndsong's rear leg
feathering is gray
main fur is white
hoof is silver
feathering as a rule generally covers hooves; however, gravity makes exceptions, e.g. if she suddenly falls, or turns upside down for whatever reason.
