The current season is quite hot. Given many events, it seems like future summers will only get hotter! Luckily for toons everywhere, Victor has invented a new machine that is able to gather at least 99% of any toon that's melted on a hot day, and reform them in a mere matter of seconds! Unfortunately, Victor insists upon making a profit - I-I mean, can't offer this service for free, so the toon is quickly reformed into a delicious, frozen treat to be sold and eaten! Hopefully they aren't dropped, as the machine only takes full size melted toons! No refunds too!
This was one big gift piece I had done for a bunch of friends! And the last of the non-oc content I'll be posting for quite awhile. I'll return to gifts and stuff for friends in the future, of course, but for now I am burnt out on such @w@ Hope you all enjoy this!
