I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explaination that justifies both that drooly shirt on the floor and her extremely rotund stomach, so let's not jump to conclusions here...
Also, the title is a pun on the italian word "ingoia", which means "swallow". I guess I was so proud of that one I didn't want it to fly over the head of everyone who doesn't speak italian.
