La SCPL detalló que TRANSPA S.A., detectó un nylon con aluminio arriba del transformador N° 2, lo que provocó la falla de la ET barrio San Martín.

That happened here too. It happened after the derecho wind storm back in May AND it happened in September of 2018 after two tornadoes ripped through the city.
