So as you can tell by the shiiiiiinies, one of my favorite Spielberg movies is his 2005 take on 'War of the Worlds', I was unnerved by reading the book first, terrified by the new movie next. Where the book had black noxious clouds and OMG flying machines, the 2005 movie had blood extraction and creeping otherworldly vines.

What does this have to do with the amazing  Blackrobedmage you ask? Everything! He took something that was nightmare inducing, added cute floof and... still made it all unsettling...which to me is delectable.

You just need to check it out! The intention behind the invaders is nice and poignantly contemporary, just as HG Wells would have wanted if he were one of us. :3
