When Jon saw what Bill was doing, he realised that Snow would not be messing around and would freeze his friend. The boy hugged Hiro and asked his best friend not to worry. Luckily Snow sensed the anxiety of Bill's two friends and favourites, so he only scolded the young tiger and then walked over to the boys and hugged them tightly, stroking each one affectionately on the head. Heero and John hugged the good-natured old man back.
