Continuing with our patriotic month I wanna distinguish a very important change to the House Cats theme.
Once upon a time House Cats and its characters took place in Canada and were Canadian, keyword "were" because as of now it takes place in America. The setting would take place in a suburban area that borders outside of a large city in Canada, keep in mind when I came up with this theme I was young and wanted to move to Canada cause of all the great things you think are true about the place when you're a rebellious youth like nice people and free healthcare, as an adult that has seen what Canada has become over the years nah we're changing that. The story doesn't really change much with this retcon but I don't want to endorse a country that thinks it's okay to freeze people's bank account and flat out say "you have no right to defend yourself". It's not a huge change and really I don't think I ever specified where House Cats takes place anyway and some of you might have already assumed it takes place in America but I'm just making the change official.

And I know it may seem hypocritical to denounce a country for that when America is far from perfect either and you'd be right but I live in America and defend my country regardless the same how some Canadians defend their country too, regardless of their flaws, because it's home. No beef, not stepping on toes.
