Okay, I should disclaim that this isn’t totally gyaru but I was challenged to draw my OC, Anyu, who is more punkish. So while researching, I discovered rokku gyaru, which is the same idea but more dark and relating to rock/punk. For the Canadians on this site, it’s basically Avril Lavigne lol.
