Trying a potion made by  Lucky the Hippo Alchemist had enough kick to turn Galiren into a cobra and get him nice and adapted to the new form. Also with Lucky ended up providing a brooch to get a more fitting outfit, perfect to store poisons and make use of that new tail with some rattling jewelry. He might keep this look for if he's got something swampy or foresty that could use more sneaking where a Gargoyle might stick out.
