And why he's not in a good mood you ask yourself?

well hehehe ^^; ........................................................... this is my first time actually drawing him in my new style. I mean he was my very first OC I made back when he was a Riolu ^^;

LOL this idea came to mind of how he would act to when he was actually going to be drawn x3

Well I did two short update changes to him. . . .
1. Hair Color (debating over myself whether to keep it the same or
2. Remove those Arm Braces on his shoulders (reason why cause its sometime a hassle of how to position them alot of the time so I'm just stop drawing them on him)

Oh and I know his legs are abit thick, its just that I try alot to actually get them to look like a normal Lucario but just end up making them look wrong to my sight, so I just let them stay like that.
