What? A reference sheet? Yeah, it kinda happened ;P
So, up until now, this female Lucario was unnamed. I took in some suggestions and masterofgrowth mentioned "Sheela". I liked the sound of it but changed the spelling to Sheila instead. Aside from that, she underwent some design changes. I removed the chest spike (because I like cuddles and hugs), the shoulder rings (whatever those are), also the Lucario Pants™ are optional but I've drawn her without them before.
I hope you like her design and I'll be uploading some goodness of her right after this one~

What a lovely-looking female Lucario I think getting rid of the chest spike was a good call, that way she can give and receive hugs, if she wants to of course <x) I always thought the chest spike gets in the way of hugs and cuddling. Also, very fit and loves to train, and rarely smiles, eh? seems like the very disciplined type then. :3
Me neither, it is VERY impractical, unless the character is meant to NEVER EVER give and receive hugs, but that'd just be mean <xD I mean come on, Lucarios look so cool, if I had one in my party, you bet I'd want to give him/her lots of hugs, lol
