Moody Lipe on the beach. I wanted to draw a short warm up drawing for a commission before going into more depth in a series of commissions I'm working on at the moment. I was going well until I think I overdid the shadows, not my best but not my worst. I want to do more urban scenery since I mostly do nature, but the beach is a better change of scenery than just forests or ruins.

This is kinda an expression of my overgrowing desire to move away to an island, I keep dreaming about the idea of just moving to a small city in an isolated place, nothing around me but the ocean and few people. Something really romantic about the idea, at least in my head. I looked online and tried seeing how viable it even is but no luck, maybe one day. Not that would make any difference, I would probably waste most of my days locked inside drawing.
