“Frogs are not merely proof that French people will put anything into their mouths, they are also amphibians, which means they are a bit wishy-washy on the whole evolution thing”.
Taken from zefrank’s True Facts About the Frog: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndQZBQJf034 . Yes, I know this is an American Toad, and frogs are different from toads. Save your fingers the effort of typing. ;-p
During my recent visit to Wichita, KS to see my good friend
UrsusArctos , we spent a good couple of hours at the Great Plains Nature Center, a large area of green land in the east of the city with a visitor centre and several miles of paths to follow. In the visitor centre is a large “Habitat Hall” with exhibits on the wide variety of fauna living in the state, and an observation conservatory for people to look out on bird feeders, and into a box covered by a blanket to see a large beehive at work. The Nature Center is perfect for a good stroll on a bright day, to escape from the city for a bit and to keep one’s eyes peeled for the signs of nature (tracks, leavings, etc) and for inhabitants of this little ecosystem, be they aquatic, avian, or land-based.
Hope you enjoy!

"Nobody here but us rocks."
NOTE: This is meant to be a joke, not criticism or an insult. I have to put this because some people can't get it through their thick skull that I am simply making a joke, not trying to be rude. If for some reason, I have offended you AT LEAST say what I did wrong so that I can improve.
