Yeah, I'd be careful with that. Duct tape masks can be very toxic...

its not finished yet and i am using the duct tape as the templates once i figure out how to get the lower jaw on somehow. After, when the mask is finished it will only be foam, fur and possibley the batman unless i can find something else.

Head huh...well good...I'd be very concerned if that was the feet or tail portion of the suit. Frankly...butts just look weird with noses.

You used a similar technique- I used thin sheets of foam that I shaped and glued to a belaclava, and then taped over to create a continuously smooth shape. I used barge adhesive to glue felt to the tape, and then laid the fur on that.

yha, just the other day i used a zacto knife and cut away most of the duct tape and i laid it out on my fabic. I still havent figures out away how to keep the foam muzzel attached. I might use gorilla glue and super glue and attach it to a light metal frame i am working on. I hope it will turn out ok, I also started to sew the fabic together an hopefully soon in the next year i will have the mask completed and looking awesome!! I can wait to have it finished, my friends too, i think they are getting tired of me talking about it so much lol
