It's a commission for 
BuffPaddy2538, who after years of training managed to get a slot as the strongman at a circus performance. Part way through his act, though, the clowns started messing around with a pump and 'accidentally' managed to make his muscles look like they were blowing up even bigger. Before anyone could react, this mischievous prankster was eagerly pumping away, blowing our creaking and wriggling muscle blimp up too big to move, his begging and pleading for it to stop muffled and then blocked entirely by those bloated huge pecs smooshed into his face. All he can do now is swell helplessly and hope they stop soon.
