Given recent events, uh, coat-hangars have historically been used to perform abortions when legal means are unavailable, tho it's obviously dangerous, and can result in serious injury or death.

Not sure if the woman is supposed to be pro-choice or anti, however; coat-hangar representing the evils of banning abortion, or the coat-hangar representing abortion in general.

Or it could be a coincidence, I suppose.
