Well, the page is traditionally done in a sketchbook. It's all done in pencil first, then I go back and go over the lines with a Micron Pigma art pen. I use anywhere from 08 to 005 on pen size, and I use a brush pen to black the fonts in. After the outline is done I erase all the pencil out and do black shading. Believe it or not, the greyscale shading is actually done with a Bic ballpoint pen. I like them because they're easy to come by and I can control how much ink hits the page. If I do color on a page, I use watercolor pencil now.
