Well, when you first upload a picture, FA checks in case the picture is higher/wider than 1280 pixels. If it is, the site automatically resizes it.
But when you choose to change the submission file, for some reason FA doesn't check if the picture is too big, it just adds it anyways, in its original form ^^ So if you press the link and upload the same picture again, it will be the original size and not resized
