When I first started art school I did an illustration of Aphrodite as a fat trans man. Many people interpreted it as Dionysis and I let them, as I hadn't executed it as well as I might have. I recently got the chance to redo that piece in my last semester before graduation and jumped on the chance! Really perfect symmetry for my school career, to make sure I stay grounded in the themes that I value most.

So here he is, a little updated - Aphrodite!
