just trying to quickly sort my ideas from earlier sketches into a set
now this glass palaeocutter concept doesn't really work well for blunt weapons (I just tried to follow Oblivion's weapon set system, for relative scale as well.
I don't particularly like all of them but I want to stick to having the Ø motif in all of them, preferrably as a handle or joining iron to glass, or whatever it will be. It could just as well be all metal, no funny greens. So I've set rules up for myself for the form, to keep the set consistent, and I try to doodle within them. Straight lines and curves that only come from circle sections, etc.
Other ideas for claymore could be a falx (long handle, curves opposite to latch onto armour and cleave it), or those with a blade extending in each direction from the hilt, could do this for longsword as well.

these are awesome. I would love to see them as game weapons somewhere I like the club, but I think personally if the Ø motif in that matched the others with that in iron it would work better looks wise. I like the idea of the strong contrast, especially if it were glass, but iron and say a bronze/gold color for the green parts would be nice as well.
