Here's an old one. I go to this art class, see, and every now and then I don't know what to do draw so I ask my old lady friends, "Whatcha got for me?"

And them, being painters and old masters, hand me a few refernce pictures of various things. I think the mug and the chick were Meg's, and the Chihuahua was either Jean's or Anne's. I don't think Anne thinks I'm funny, combining all the reference pictures like this. I think she just thinks I'm a weirdo.

Anyway, I'm currently working on an anthromorphic yucca plant (yucca reference courtesy of Meg) salsa dancing with a fish-headed man (fish courtesy of Meg). I don't know how I'll work Anne's "Do a nice fall scene with pumpkins, your mother will like that" suggestion (complete with fall scenery reference) in, I'm thinking a starry night sky will be more appropriate for that one. It's probably symbolic somehow.
