A very good example of "careful what you get yourself into...". Yvhuce Industries has a number of "Synthetic Lifeforms" (sentient AIs, often controlling differing levels of android bodies), who have been in a similar situation when testing out the "more lifelike" levels of bodies. Granted, not for any untoward situations... But... To make sure that those level bodies were realistically weighted, properly mimicked functions like digestion and such, they were "volunteered" to a number of caregivers to be "put through the paces". Much to the chagrin of some of the AIs. YI has since stuck to more in-house testing...
